REST TIME (Membership Freezes)
Even runners need recovery days, here’s how to pace it:
- 12-Week Membership: up to 14 rest days
- 26-Week Membership: up to 28 rest days
- Yearly Membership: up to 56 rest days
The fine stride:
- Rest requests must be loaded up before the rest period starts
- Minimum 3 days per rest block
- Medical time-outs (doctor’s note required) may be reviewed by management
- No excuses, no last-minute lane changes
- No pauses on 4-week or week passes, those races run straight through
